COVID-19 Response from Prestige Subaru:

The health, well-being, and safety of Prestige Subaru's staff, visitors, and customers is our main priority. As we navigate the day-to-day developments with COVID-19, we want to assure you that we are taking significant precautionary measures and adhering to the guidance provided from local, state, and federal agencies to make our facilities as safe and convenient as possible. In addition to monitoring all guidance and recommendations provided by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), our stores have:

What we are doing to help protect our customers & staff:

  •   Increased the number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the stores, and relentlessly encouraging members of our team to wash their hands throughout the day.
  •   Posted relevant signage throughout the stores which provides information about COVID-19, and critical ways to avoid being exposed to it.
  •   Purchased additional cleaning supplies whereby every member of the Prestige Subaru team can assist in cleaning and sanitizing high-contact areas throughout the day.
  •   Directed our janitorial staff to ensure cleaning and sanitizing all high-contact areas, such as door handles, desktops, railings, vending machines, etc., is performed on a multiple times daily basis.
  •   Working to ensure that all high-contact features and areas on vehicles (including door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs, etc..) are properly sanitized before guests are permitted inside of them.
  •   We are also requiring any employees with any cold or flu type symptoms to remain at home until symptoms are gone.

We have also added at-home services for your convenience that include:

  •  Flexible and transparent negotiation of a new or used vehicle purchase from the comfort of your own home.
  •  Schedule an at-home test drive.
  •  Pick-up and delivery of service vehicles available - Please call for service pricing.
  •  Please also help us in our efforts to keep our employees and customers safe. If you are feeling ill you can easily reschedule your appointment by email or calling the dealership.

This is just a brief overview of what we're doing to combat the spread of COVID-19 in our community, and we continue to work daily to identify new ways to grow and strengthen our response efforts. Simply put, you can rest assured knowing that the Prestige Subaru Team is approaching this situation diligently and proactively with an abundance of caution, and out of an abundance of care.
